[argobots-discuss] Argobots ABT_eventual_set too slow

Shintaro, all,
After reading Phil's email, now I'm not so sure this is an interference between OpenMP and Argobots at all. If this function is being called outside of the OpenMP parallel region, then the reason seems to be something else.
